北京国际海洋石油天然气展览会（CIOOE）是面向海洋油气勘探开发、工程建设与装备制造的专业展会，在北京举办，与中国国际石油石化技术装备展览会（cippe）同期同址举办，本届为第27届。
展会集中展示油气勘探开发、测井钻井、管道工程、炼化工艺、自动化控制、安全环保、防爆与流体设备等技术与装备，展区包括数字化测井及测井、油气勘探开发、天然气和管道设备、海洋石油装备及技术服务、海洋工程设备及服务、油田建设工程设备、油田化工、安全与防护设备、环保与辅助设备、智能油田与数字化运维、新能源与低碳技术等，面向油服商、工程承包商、设备制造商与能源采购团队。
展会与cippe同期合计，拥有138,000平方米展览面积、18个国家展团，迎来2,000家参展企业和来自102个国家和地区的180,000余名专业观众，适合海洋油气装备、油田工程、测井钻井、安全环保及智能化运维企业对接项目建设与运营链条中的采购场景。

Low power consumption, it is dedicated to offshore and pelagic surveys.

展会覆盖陆上及海洋油气勘探开发、钻井采油、智能测控、油气储运、海工装备、油田化工、防爆电气，并扩展至CCUS、氢能、智能油田、数字化运维、风光储能、核聚变等方向。
展会规划展示面积138000平方米，预计汇聚2000余家参展企业，迎来超180000人次海内外专业观众。
展会预计集结美国、德国、俄罗斯、加拿大、英国、法国等18个海外国家展团。
展会同期计划举办百余场行业峰会、技术研讨会和国际采购对接会。
