METALTECH & AUTOMEX 2027

METALTECH & AUTOMEX is strictly open to trade, professional and business visitors by invitation and business card registration only.

Admission is free for all visitors upon completion of the registration process online or at the exhibition site. Business cards are required for on-site registration process.

You can pre-register your visit 6 months before the show.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to your email address after submitting the registration form. Approved visitor will then get a confirmation email with designated QR code. Please show/bring the printed QR code with you on the day of your visit, you will be entitled to receive your Visitor Badge through the self check-in kiosk. If you have already pre-registered online and did not receive the confirmation email, please do notify us through email at marketing@metaltech.com.my.

METALTECH & AUTOMEX welcome overseas and local groups from the GLCs to SMEs, buyer groups, and trade association. The organiser will reimburse for the cost of transportation for Group Visit of 40 and above people. Email marketing@metaltech.com.my to find out more.

The academic group visit to the event is a great opportunity for the students above the age of 16 to learn outside of the classroom to gather industry updates and learn the latest technology from the metalworking & automation industry. Only one registration is required to gain access to all the exhibition areas. All delegates are required to wear their visitor badges to gain entry to the seminar room.

The Venue is strategically located within the Jalan Duta Government Complex area in the Kuala Lumpur district and shared the same district with notable landmarks such as the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) Headquarters, MATRADE Tower, The Federal Territory Mosque, Kuala Lumpur High Court and the Istana Negara (National Palace).You can Waze: MITEC or follow the coordinates on Google Map: 3.1791° N, 101.6679° E.

No outside food is allowed in the exhibition areas. However, there are cafeterias located at the main concourse.

Official show photographers and videographers will be taking photographs and filming videos throughout the four-day event. Anyone attending METALTECH & AUTOMEX consents to such photography and filming without compensation and confirms that the organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs and videos, which may include photographs and videos of visitors, for the purpose of promotional and marketing activities in future, for exploitation in any and all media, without liability. No other photography or filming will be permitted at the event without the prior written approval of the organisers.
