2027 Neues BauEn

Neues BauEn is a themed presentation within the IBO fair in Friedrichshafen, Germany, aimed at home builders, prospective owners and construction professionals, and organised around new builds, conversions, extensions, planning, renovation and refurbishment.

It covers new builds, conversions and extensions, safety and future living, skilled trades services, and renovation, refurbishment and energy efficiency; visitors can meet construction professionals, craft businesses and service providers in one place, compare options and move their building or renovation plans forward.

The section includes a craftsmen's village where regional craft businesses in timber construction, building, metalworking and electrical trades demonstrate the diversity of modern craftsmanship, letting visitors get close to the work, ask questions and watch practical operations; around themes such as planning, energy-efficient renovation and preserving property value, it also brings together building material, craft and service suppliers so owners and professionals can compare options quickly and connect directly with construction and service resources.
