The fair runs from 5 to 8 April 2027, over four days.
The fair is held at BolognaFiere (Bologna Fair District) in Bologna, Italy, with visitors entering through the Costituzione Entrance.
The fair is open from 09:00 to 18:30 on 5-7 April and from 09:00 to 15:00 on 8 April.
Entry is reserved for sector professionals such as publishers, rights professionals, illustrators, distributors, booksellers, librarians, teachers and institutions; children under 18 are not admitted.
Visitors who need an entry visa can email visa.bcbf@art4.it to request a visa invitation letter.
A furnished Type A stand (4 x 4 m) costs EUR 4,960, a furnished Type B stand (4 x 8 m) costs EUR 8,140, and a 4 x 4 m facing-aisle unfurnished module costs EUR 3,810, priced per booth and plus VAT if due.
Exhibitors pay a mandatory registration fee of EUR 515 per company, which includes participation in the BCBF Global Rights Exchange; the guest firm registration fee is EUR 515 per guest firm.
Registration for the Visitors Area is free; after registering, visitors can set up a BCBF profile and access related business services.
