The expo is open from March 10 to March 12, 2027. Visitor hours are 09:30-17:00 on March 10 and 11, and 09:30-15:30 on March 12.
The expo will be held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Pazhou, Guangzhou, at No. 380 Yuejiang Zhong Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.
Visitors can pre-register through the expo website or WeChat menu. Onsite registration is also available by filling in a form or submitting a business card to collect a visitor badge.
Domestic raw space is CNY 1,100 per sqm and overseas raw space is USD 330 per sqm, with a 36 sqm minimum. Deluxe and standard 9 sqm booths are priced separately for domestic and overseas exhibitors and by single or double opening.
Visitors can take Metro Line 8 to Pazhou Station Exit A for the complex. Taxi routes are available from Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou East Railway Station, and Guangzhou South Railway Station, along with multiple bus routes.
