Iran food ingredients 2027

Iran food ingredients is an international professional trade exhibition for Iran's food and beverage ingredients industry and the ingredients section of the Iran agrofood series, held in Tehran, now in its 34th edition.

Covering the agri-food value chain from farm to table, the show runs alongside Iran agrofood at the same venue, jointly organised by fairtrade Messe and local partner Palar Samaneh. It brings together companies and professionals from every link of the chain, helping ingredient suppliers connect with business development, customer networks and market access in Iran and the surrounding region.

Iran is one of the larger food and beverage ingredient markets in the Middle East, with more than 95 million consumers. As urbanisation advances, the middle class expands and consumer spending rises, the local food and beverage industry keeps growing, and demand for healthier, functional and higher-quality ingredients continues to increase, offering international suppliers and investors long-term room to grow.

Exhibits cover juice blends and compound ingredients, anti-caking and flow agents, fruit and vegetable concentrates, fruit preparations for bakery and confectionery, malt extracts for malt beverages, and cultures and enzymes for dairy, extending to flavours and fragrances, seasoning solutions and ingredient applications for beverage production. In recent years several international ingredient suppliers have set up local application laboratories to develop seasoning, flavour and care solutions suited to local tastes, and the show helps them connect with local processing, R&D and procurement needs.
