Parizza+Gusto 2027

Parizza Gusto is a specialised section of Snack Show in Paris dedicated to Italian snacks and catering supply, serving professionals in catering, fast food, takeaway meals and related services, and centred on Italian-flavoured products and know-how.
The section extends from classic pizza to new trends in Italian snacks, gathering products from Italian producers and manufacturers such as flour, sauces, olive oil, pesto, appetisers, arancini, desserts and beverages. It covers food and drink as well as non-alcoholic beverages, prosecco, beer, wine, spritz and digestifs, and also presents equipment and catering solutions including ovens, pasta machines and dough mixers.
With Italian culinary know-how as its main thread, the show organises the France-Italy Pizza Cup and France-Italy Pasta Cup together with Italian industry bodies, and hosts an aperitif platter competition organised by Italian delicatessen brands. Candidates are judged by professional jurors from Italy and compete in techniques such as Neapolitan pizza, pizza al taglio and pasta making.
Working with Italian food promotion body I Love Italian Food, the show arranges masterclasses, live cooking and tasting activities, and brings together more than 30 stands presenting products such as olive oil, flavoured vinegar, Sicilian pastries, truffle arancini, pistachio ingredients and speciality pesto. It provides a display, exchange and sourcing setting for the Italian catering supply chain.
