Admission and parking are free.
The Foire de Tours is open from 10 am to 8 pm every day. The Gastronomic Village closes at midnight, except Sunday 10 May (10 am to 11 pm). Any exit after 10 pm is final.
Go to the reception desk in the Grand Hall to report or collect a lost item. You can also contact us by email at info@tours-evenements.com.
Pets are not allowed, either inside or outside the halls (even on a leash or carried in your arms). Assistance dogs are allowed.
No, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made at the fair, in accordance with Article L224-59 of the Consumer Code and the decree of 2 December 2014 (Hamon Law). The mediation firm cabinet de mediation 37 is present at the show for any question or dispute.
Yes. The Fil Bleu network serves the Parc Expo. Please note: buses do not run on Thursday 1 May - consider carpooling.
Yes, of course. Bike parking is available near the main entrances of the Parc Expo. However, for safety reasons, cycling, scooters and rollerblades are not allowed inside the site.
There is no cash machine on the site. The nearest one is at the Les Atlantes shopping centre, a few minutes' walk away.

Yes, all concerts scheduled during the fair are free.
