A Space Only booth provides only the exhibition area (3m x 3m, 9 square metres) per booth, so exhibitors must choose a stand contractor from the Coex designated partner list and build it themselves. Stand fixtures and design drawings must be submitted to the Secretariat by the set deadline, and the Space Only build must be reported to the Hall Manager's Office before the exhibition opens. A Shell-Scheme booth is built by the Organizer with standard system panels and basically includes walls, a banner sign, a fascia, one information desk and chair set per company, lighting, and 220V 1kW electricity with one two-socket outlet. A Premium booth is built by the Organizer as a premium wooden booth and basically includes walls, a side sign, a fascia, one information desk and chair set per company, lighting, and 220V 1kW electricity with one two-socket outlet. For Shell-Scheme and Premium booths, only one information desk and chair set is provided per company even when two or more booths are ordered.
The Secretariat assigns booth locations taking into account participation scale, exhibit characteristics and the order of down-payment receipt, and only companies that have paid the participation fee in full receive confirmation of their exact booth location. The Secretariat tries to accommodate exhibitor requests, but the final allocation considers hall layout harmony, visitor flow and exhibition effectiveness. If an unavoidable situation arises before construction, the location or size of the contracted booth may be changed and exhibitors may not raise objections or claims for compensation.
Hall A and Hall B: up to 5m. Swing Space: up to 4m.
Yes. Please select a contractor from the list of designated partner companies on the Coex website. Coex designated partners have worked with Coex for many years, pose no safety risk and are familiar with Coex hall regulations. This is a Coex venue rule rather than a rule of the exhibition Secretariat and must be observed. If an exhibitor unavoidably builds its own booth, it must submit booth design drawings showing dimensions and materials together with a worker list to the Secretariat and obtain prior approval from the Secretariat and Coex. The exhibitor bears full responsibility for any disadvantage arising from self-construction.
Installing or removing an additional partition is a structural matter, so feasibility must be confirmed with the on-site operations office after checking the location and specific circumstances. Additional costs may apply in some cases.
If nails, adhesive or similar fixing methods damage an installed wall, the company concerned must bear the cost of restoring it. Using S-hooks or wire hooks to hang frames or similar items helps prevent damage.
The fascia sign is provided in a unified typeface with text only; inserting a logo is not possible.
Utility lines are drawn in advance from the floor boxes in the hall floor only for companies that applied beforehand, before booth construction starts. Once booth construction has begun it is difficult to open the floor boxes, so please apply before the utility application deadline.
Wired LAN service is available only to companies that applied in advance. After the company installs its equipment at the planned location, the service provider connects the LAN cable. Enter the ID and password written on the cable into the device.
Please note that the visitor database is not provided to exhibitors. Visitor analysis material is available in the 2025 Coffee Expo Seoul results report, which is sent by email after the exhibition closes.
