The fair is open Friday, 04 October 2026 from 16:00 to 22:00, Saturday, 05 October from 10:00 to 20:00, and Sunday, 06 October from 10:00 to 19:00.
Adult admission is EUR 10; adult presale tickets are EUR 7 plus a EUR 1.57 fee, and accompanied minors enter free.
The application includes the participation contract, five artwork photos, a CV and a biography; it is reviewed by the selection committee, followed by a 50% deposit, catalogue information, the balance one month before the fair, and practical fair information.
The selection committee consists of two artists, two gallery owners and two collectors, and it differs from one fair to another.
There is no fixed deadline; applications are processed in order of arrival and accepted until the fair is full.
Buyers pay exhibitors directly and may use cash, cheque, bank transfer, or card/SUM UP.
