EXPO REAL 2026 will take place from October 5 to 7, 2026 at the Trade Fair Center Messe München as a major international trade fair for real estate, investment, and infrastructure. The event covers the full life cycle of real estate, from concept development, financing, and realization through to marketing, operation, and use, giving industry participants one place to source information, build relationships, and advance business discussions.

The 3-day visitor ticket is valid Oct. 5-7, 2026 and costs EUR 845 online; the 2-day ticket is valid Oct. 6-7 and costs EUR 645; the last-day ticket is valid Oct. 7 and costs EUR 155; the student 3-day ticket costs EUR 100 and the student CareerDay ticket costs EUR 49.
The ticket includes admission to EXPO REAL, free registration-free access to the conference program in forums and conference rooms, use of onsite services, and public transport to and from Messe München on the stated visit day (MVV zones M-6).
Online tickets can be ordered until October 7, 2026.
Reduced online-price tickets can only be purchased online and paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and PayPal.
There is no onsite ticket sale for EXPO REAL 2026; tickets can only be purchased online.
