Submit an application through the form on the event website. A manager will advise you on participation terms and cost and help you choose the best stand location.
You can choose an equipped area, where the organiser provides the build: Standard Plus or Premium shell schemes in several variants, or a custom-designed project. Alternatively you can choose an unequipped exhibition area and build it yourself or through a stand-building company; in that case the builder must sign a contract with Buildexpo, the general stand builder of Crocus Expo IEC.
The cost depends on the area you need and the chosen stand format (island, peninsula, corner or linear stand). Submit a request for a detailed quote.
We recommend applying as early as possible, as available space is limited. The final deadline is one month before the exhibition opens, subject to available space.
Stand construction and decoration services, advertising and sponsorship services, equipment rental, interpreter and additional stand staff services, loading and unloading services, catering (you must inform the organiser about catering at your stand by writing to Catering1@ite.group), VIP parking passes at Crocus Expo IEC, ordering of electricity, water, drainage and compressed air, cleaning and security, and internet connection.
You will receive a unique promo code to invite your clients, who can then register as visitors free of charge. You will also receive materials to invite clients: banners for your website, email-signature banners, social media banners, an announcement template for your participation and an invitation template.
All technical information and the move-in/move-out and loading/unloading schedules are sent by email to the responsible person at your company.
You can book a hotel for the exhibition period at a discount by quoting the promo code EXPO when booking. Russian and foreign exhibitors can also order a full package from the official representative Visa-Russian.ru, covering visa support, medical insurance, flight booking and transfers, and sightseeing and leisure arrangements.
