MIPIM 2026 will take place from 9 to 13 March 2026 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. It is an international business platform focused on real estate investment, urban development and the transformation of the built environment, combining exhibition, conferences, networking and project promotion in a week-long festival format.

The event brings together investors, developers, public authorities, advisors and solution providers around capital deployment, sustainable assets, urban regeneration, hospitality and tourism real estate, and city-led development opportunities.
