Private Label Fair Asia 2026 will be held from 3 to 5 December 2026 at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center in Shanghai, China. The event serves as a business-focused sourcing platform for private label retail and supermarket merchandise, connecting retailers, manufacturers, brand owners, and buying teams across food, non-food, and related service categories.

The current edition covers more than 60,000 square meters and plans to host 1,300 exhibiting companies. PLF is a major B2B platform for private label business in Asia, structured around broad merchandise coverage and category-based sourcing.

The fair has maintained continuity and market traction in recent editions. The 2025 edition in Shanghai recorded 988 exhibitors and 26,711 professional visitor attendances, reinforcing its role in private label sourcing, OEM and ODM cooperation, and retailer-supplier matchmaking in China.
