Media Expo New Delhi is a dedicated trade platform for indoor and outdoor advertising, signage, print, and brand communication solutions in India. The show brings together equipment, materials, software, display technologies, retail branding applications, and fabrication solutions across the visual communication supply chain.
The 2026 New Delhi edition is the 59th edition and will be held at Bharat Mandapam. The 2025 edition recorded more than 138 exhibitors, 11,678 visitors, exhibitors from 11 countries, and more than 500 products and technologies on display, highlighting the event's role as a sourcing and networking hub for the print and signage industry.

Online registration is mandatory to visit the expo.
Entry to the expo is free and is for trade visitors only.
Persons aged under 18 years and infants in arms are not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.
Students from sector-related technical or engineering institutes are allowed strictly on day 3 after 12 pm only.
The show offers standard booth with a minimum of 9 sqm and raw space with a minimum of 21 sqm. The standard booth includes floor carpets, partitions, fascia board with company name, spot lights, one counter, three chairs, one 5 amp power socket and a waste paper bin.
The venue is Bharat Mandapam, also known as Pragati Maidan, at Mathura Rd, New Delhi, Delhi 110002, India.
