SIVAL 2027 is a trade fair for plant production technologies held in Angers, France, covering fruit and vegetable production, seeds and young plants, viticulture, horticulture and nurseries, cider-related sectors and emerging specialist segments.

The event takes place from 12 to 14 January 2027 at Parc des Expositions d'Angers. The 2027 edition features 700 exhibitors, 24,000 visitors and 34,000 square metres of exhibition space.
