The delegate registration fee includes the Welcome Reception, access to the industry exhibition, poster area and sessions, congress documents and certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and light lunch on Sunday 6 and Monday 7 September 2026, and access to online content capture until 31 December 2026.
Confirmation is sent only when the corresponding payment is received; the visa invitation letter is sent only to participants who have paid their registration fee.

Exhibitors are required to ensure that their stands are manned during the opening hours of the exhibition and must not dismantle their stands before the published closing time.
