Absolutely! The airshow offers a range of activities for all ages, including kids zones, food trucks, and educational STEM areas. Make sure to bring ear protection for younger children, as the aircraft can be loud.

No. Avalon Airport is an active airfield, there are no walking routes into the event site.
The flying displays can be LOUD. Protect ears young and old by bringing ear plugs or ear muffs with you or purchase onsite from the merchandise outlet (limited stock available).
Although we would love to meet your pets, we would be concerned the loud noises and large crowds at the Airshow would frighten your pets, so best to leave at home on this occasion. Assistance animals that are being used for specific requirements are allowed onsite.
Bicycles, scooters, golf carts and items of personal conveyance are not permitted on the Airshow site. Wheelchair and motorised scooters that are used by persons with a disability or injury are allowed.
The airshow will typically go on rain or shine, but certain performances may be modified or cancelled due to weather conditions.
Yes, there will be first aid stations on-site. Please refer to the event map for their locations, and don’t hesitate to ask event staff if you need assistance.
Shading will be available around the site, but it’s recommended to bring your own chairs, hats, and sunscreen.
