Food Week Korea 2026 will be held from 4 to 7 November 2026 at Coex Hall A, B, C & The Platz in Seoul, South Korea. The show is positioned as a major international trade exhibition for food, beverages, HORECA solutions, and food technology, and marks the rebranding of Coex Food Week into Food Week Korea at the 20th-anniversary milestone.
The 2026 edition is planned at 1,000 exhibitors, 1,800 booths, and 65,000 visitors. Its exhibit profile spans processed food, convenience food, fresh food, international food, sauces and seasonings, ingredients, desserts and bakery, beverages, wine and liquor, as well as commercial kitchen equipment, table service solutions, smart kitchen appliances, food manufacturing and packaging equipment, smart logistics, and smart farm solutions.
Food Week Korea also positions itself as a business platform with buyer matching, overseas buyer programmes, branding opportunities, and trend-focused content, making it relevant for companies targeting sourcing, distribution, and partnership opportunities in Korea and the wider Asian food market.
