Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 will take place from 24 to 26 March 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City as an international trade exhibition for food and drink, hotel, restaurant, bakery, and foodservice equipment, supplies, and services.

Founded in 2004, the event enters its 13th edition in 2026 and becomes an annual exhibition. The 2026 edition is positioned as the show's first collaboration with Hotelex and continues to connect international brands, Vietnamese businesses, and HoReCa professionals across food and beverage, tea and coffee, bakery and gelato, hospitality equipment, and digital solutions.
