Edition3 For municipal buyers, a trade fair for Smart Cities, Water & Wastewater Treatment and sustainable urban utilities.
URBAN TEC is a conference and specialist exhibition centred on urban supply, covering the full field from public space and construction to water and wastewater treatment and sustainable supply.
At its heart is a substantial congress accompanied by a specialist exhibition, spanning several areas related to urban utilities, including public space and municipal vehicle equipment, construction works, water supply and wastewater, sustainable mobility and electrification, and digital development for future cities.
Each edition adopts a different theme; this one focuses on "Smart City - an interconnected future", examining digitalisation and smart solutions for future cities.
Alongside the congress, the programme includes presentations and roundtable discussions on current industry topics and challenges, providing a platform for exchange and knowledge transfer for professional groups such as municipal departments, county and district bodies, wastewater and civil engineering firms, operators, investors, consulting engineering companies, urban planners, landscape architects and municipal service providers.

The event takes place on 2–3 February 2027. It is open 09:00–17:00 on 2 February and 09:00–16:00 on 3 February.
The event is held at Messe Offenburg-Ortenau GmbH, Schutterwälder Str. 3, 77656 Offenburg.
Early-bird tickets cost EUR 20 for one day or EUR 30 for two days until 31 October 2026. Regular tickets cost EUR 25 for one day or EUR 35 for two days from 1 November 2026. Student tickets cost EUR 10 for one day or EUR 15 for two days with proof of eligibility.
