INDUSMACH Tanzania is an international trade exhibition for industrial products, equipment and machinery serving the East and Central African markets, held annually in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; this is the 26th edition. Bringing together local and international companies, it provides a platform for product launches, finding new buyers and distributors, promoting brand image and tracking industry trends.
The exhibit range is broad, covering tools and hardware, metalworking machine tools, drilling and grinding equipment, flexible manufacturing systems, robotics and manufacturing automation, hydraulic control equipment and warehouse racking, material handling and warehousing, and categories such as packaging, weighing and measurement, plastics moulding and injection moulding, food and dairy processing, bakery and confectionery processing, construction machinery, printing equipment, automotive repair and garage equipment, woodworking machinery, wire and cable, and chemical adhesives and raw materials.
Visitors come from East and Central Africa, mainly importers, dealers and consultants, while exhibitors come from more than 20 countries. The show suits companies in industrial equipment, tools and hardware, packaging and printing, and processing equipment to develop regional buyers, expand distribution channels and build cooperation.

To participate you must first fill in the inquiry form. Based on the information you provide, we will determine if your company can be admitted as an exhibitor and our consultant will contact you immediately. Once you have filled in the inquiry form, you will be directed to the different participating options that we offer.

Your application only includes stand / space at the exhibition with basic furniture provision such as table, chairs, electrical socket, spot lights and waste bin. The basic furniture provisions differ depending on the stand size. This will also include an entry in the e-catalogue, as well as the exhibitor badges.

There will be a requisition form at the reception where in you would have to fill in your details of the items you require and our onsite team will deliver, subject to availability and payment. Extra accessories are usually ordered a month prior to the event, last minute orders are subject to availability.

The opening ceremony will take place on the first day of the event at 10:00 am. Exhibitors are requested to gather at the reception area during the inauguration of the event as the Chief Guest will make a small speech followed by the ribbon cutting ceremony and a visit to the stands by a select group of VIP officials, Embassies & Government officials. The Exhibition is open from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Exhibitors will have access to their stands one hour before the exhibition starts each day.
Exhibitors who have opted for the stand are allowed setup after 3:00 pm, one day prior to the event. For those who have opted for raw space and ready-made designer stands, your design has to be submitted to our on-site team at least 3 weeks prior to the event. After approval you will be allowed entry at the same time when stand construction begins. Admission to the venue is with your Exhibitor badges.
All exhibitors are requested to stay in their stands till the closing of the exhibition and not leave the stands empty. The event closes at 5:00 pm on the last day and clients with cargo are requested to inform their cargo agents about the same as no cargo will be allowed to be stored overnight. Dismantling of the stands is done on the same day after closure of the exhibition.
