WMF 2026 - China International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair (Shanghai) will be held from 5 to 8 September 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai, Hongqiao), Halls 7.1 and 8.1. It is a major trade platform for furniture manufacturing equipment, woodworking machinery, material solutions, and digital factory upgrading, built around the theme The Smart Balance of Manufacturing.
The exhibition features a full-chain display system covering machinery, materials, and components. Exhibits span wood pre-processing, panel production, edge banding, surface finishing, intelligent sorting, wooden architecture technology, production materials, and CAD/CAM applications. Together with CIFF (Shanghai) and Upholstery Tech, WMF forms part of Furniture Tech Week, linking design, materials, craftsmanship, and delivery across the furniture production chain.
For visitors, WMF serves factory owners, production managers, sourcing teams, equipment integrators, material suppliers, and overseas buyers looking for practical solutions in smart factory lines, panel cutting, intelligent edge banding, drilling, and inspection workflows. The previous edition attracted 29,203 professional visitors, including 3,715 overseas visitors, underlining the fair's role in connecting China's woodworking technologies with global demand.

The organizer supports trade fair projects including The 37th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries (CHINAPLAS 2025), The 38th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries (CHINAPLAS 2026), and PACKINNO 2027. Its work covers exhibitor services, visitor engagement, industry coordination, and on-site operations, helping companies present products, meet partners, and develop business opportunities.
