Hotel & Food Nordeste 2026
A hospitality and foodservice sourcing show for hotel groups, restaurant chains and regional distributors in Northeast Brazil.
HFN (Hotel & Food Nordeste, the Recife international hotel and food service exhibition in Brazil) is a professional exhibition for the accommodation and food service supply chain in northeast Brazil, connecting suppliers of services, technology and products with hotel accommodation and non-dine-in food service operators.
The exhibition is jointly organised by the Pernambuco Hotel Association (ABIH-PE), the Pernambuco Bar and Restaurant Association (ABRASEL-PE) and INSIGHT Feiras & Negócios, and organises its content and buyer resources around the actual needs of the northeast regional market.
Its exhibits and solutions cover food ingredients, beverages and additives; commercial refrigeration, industrial kitchen equipment, ovens and food processing equipment; hotel linens, furniture and decoration; fitness and leisure spa facilities; and categories such as software, commercial automation, cleaning and hygiene, logistics and transport, packaging and labelling, uniforms and production outsourcing.
The exhibition features themed content such as Arena Burguer, Confeitar, FHAN, Fórum Gourmet and Padaria do Amanhã, balancing product sourcing, industry trends and professional training. The previous edition brought together more than 500 exhibiting brands, and this edition is expected to attract more than 32,000 visitors, mainly operators such as hotels, motels, guesthouses, resorts, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pizzerias and cafés.

It will be held at the Pernambuco Centro de Convenções in Olinda, from 4 to 6 November 2026, daily from 14:00 to 21:00.

Registration is free for hospitality and food-service professionals with a CNPJ. Those who enter using a CPF and cannot prove they work in the sector pay BRL 50.00.
