IDEA 27 2027 is an international exhibition for the global nonwovens and engineered fabrics industry chain, held in Kansas City, United States, centred on the combination of nonwoven materials and sustainability.
The exhibition focuses on sustainable nonwoven technologies such as bio-based materials, life-extending products and circular design. It connects professional buyers, suppliers, established companies and start-ups across the supply chain, from materials, converting and packaging to machinery and end brands, showcasing breakthrough technologies and application solutions.
Exhibits and applications cover filtration, medical, absorbent hygiene, wipes, automotive, construction and personal protective equipment, helping exhibitors connect with global decision-makers and track technological and market innovation.
The Sustainability in Nonwovens Conference runs alongside, discussing regulation, innovation and responsible production, and the IDEA Achievement Awards recognise significant technical advances of the year.

IDEA®27 will take place March 23–25, 2027.
IDEA®27 is held at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri, United States.
All exhibit spaces are a minimum of 100 sq ft (10 ft x 10 ft) and can be increased in 10 ft increments.
Booth space is priced per square foot: Line & Corner booths are US$31 (INDA member) or US$37 (non-member) per sq ft for 100–200 sq ft and US$29 or US$35 for 300+ sq ft; Peninsula & Split Island booths are US$30 or US$36 for 200–300 sq ft and US$28 or US$34 for 400+ sq ft; Island booths are US$29 or US$35 for 400–800 sq ft and US$26 or US$32 for 900+ sq ft.
Review the floor plan, then email sales@inda.org with your preferred location and at least one backup; once the space and pricing are agreed, a contract and invoice are issued.
