The fair is held at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, No. 181 Huizhan Road, Yinzhou District, Ningbo.
Registration before the fair is free; registration after 00:00 on 25 March 2027 or onsite costs RMB 50 per person, and visitors under 18 are not admitted.
The fair uses Halls H1-H8, the corridor area, and outdoor Halls H9, H11, H16 and H57 at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The fair covers 66,000 sqm and expects 2,000+ exhibitors and 50,000 buyers.
