The China Ningbo International Stationery Fair is a B2B professional trade exhibition for the global stationery and office supplies industry, rooted in Ningbo, the "Stationery Capital of China". Featuring full-category coverage and full-value-chain display, it serves global trade matchmaking and cooperation. The show adds an international zone to attract more overseas brands and continues to optimise the layout of product sections.
The previous edition gathered 1,872 quality companies across an exhibition scale of 64,000 square metres and attracted 35,517 professional buyers, with overseas buyers from 96 countries and regions worldwide. This edition is expected to reach an exhibition area of 66,000 square metres, gathering 2,000 exhibiting companies and expecting more than 50,000 buyers.
Exhibits cover writing instruments, office supplies, paper products and notebooks, art materials, study and teaching supplies, office lifestyle, equipment and accessories, cultural creativity and licensing, educational and DIY products, and gifts and general merchandise, forming a complete chain from finished product display to manufacturing solutions.
The show serves professional buyers in stationery, office, cultural creativity and gifts channels, enabling exhibitors to meet procurement needs and engage in display, exchange, trade and innovation cooperation.

The fair is open from 25 to 27 March 2027: 09:00-17:00 on 25-26 March and 09:00-15:00 on 27 March.
The fair is held at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, No. 181 Huizhan Road, Yinzhou District, Ningbo.
Registration before the fair is free; registration after 00:00 on 25 March 2027 or onsite costs RMB 50 per person, and visitors under 18 are not admitted.
The fair uses Halls H1-H8, the corridor area, and outdoor Halls H9, H11, H16 and H57 at Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The fair covers 66,000 sqm and expects 2,000+ exhibitors and 50,000 buyers.
