Admission is free, but all attendees must pre-register.
The show is open October 13-16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
The event will be held for four days, from Tuesday, October 13 through Friday, October 16, 2026.
In addition to the basic booth fee, exhibitors should budget for booth construction and decoration, electrical work, in-booth internet cabling, and any additional equipment required.
Kaihin-Makuhari Station, the nearest station, is about 24 minutes from Tokyo Station by JR Keiyo Line Limited Express or 30 minutes by Rapid; public transportation is recommended.
The registration counter opens at 9:30 AM, hall admission begins at 10:00 AM, the venue closes at 5:00 PM, and last entry is at 4:50 PM.
An admission ticket allows re-entry throughout the exhibition period.
Same-day registration is available on a PC at the entrance counter or in advance by smartphone; advance registration is recommended because the counter is expected to be crowded.
Visitors are advised to print and bring their admission ticket; a ticket can also be obtained at the venue counter, where congestion is expected.
A standard booth is approximately 9 m². Row and corner booths include a back panel, side panel and booth-number board; independent booths include no accessories or carpeting.
