100% Optical, and the co-located 100% Ophthalmology, are free-to-attend events for optical and ophthalmic professionals in optician practices, eyewear stores, private healthcare, the NHS, or academic settings, as well as students in related fields. All registrations are vetted and verified. If you are considered a Commercial Delegate, you will not qualify for a free pass, but you are still welcome to attend for a fee. Your Commercial Delegate pass will provide you with access to the theatres and exhibition floor. Please note that all paid registrations are subject to an additional admin fee of £4 per transaction. Delegates: If you wish to apply for a visa to attend 100% Optical, you will be able to do so once you have registered to attend. A non-refundable fee of £99 (+VAT) applies. A visa invitation letter will be emailed to you once payment has been received. Exhibitors and speakers: Visa invitation letters are provided free of charge, on request. Please email us to request yours at info@100percentoptical.com. Exhibition fees are non-refundable if a visa is not obtained in time. Please note: We cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee that you will be granted a visa. Your application must be submitted directly to the appropriate United Kingdom authorities in your country. It is your responsibility to start the application process as soon as possible to obtain your visa in time to attend. You must submit your application to the relevant authority and follow up accordingly. 100% Optical is unable to follow up on your application on your behalf or enter into direct correspondence with consulates. 100% Optical reserves the right not to issue a visa support letter in certain cases.
