NEW LABEL POLAND, the Private Label Trade Fair, is a trade show focused on new brands and private label innovation in the FMCG sector, held in Poland. It connects manufacturers, retail chains and industry experts, with emphasis on product innovation, private label, and modern solutions in packaging, technology and brand building.
Exhibits cover food and bakery, beverages, health and beauty, household cleaning and personal care, baby and pet care, agricultural products and garden supplies, as well as packaging and labels, automation and private label technical services, and raw materials and ingredients; the fair also features a future brands congress, business networking and industry conferences.
The fair serves professional audiences including large supermarkets and retail chains, discounters, convenience and forecourt retail, drugstore and personal care chains, food service distribution and wholesale, e-commerce platforms, purchasing groups, brand consultancies and R&D institutions, investment institutions and industry media, giving exhibitors a setting to present products, find channels and build business partnerships.

Fair opening hours - 10:00 - 17:00.
All persons who register online or at the fair office will receive a free pass.
The invitation is for information purposes only and does not entitle you to enter the fair. It is necessary to register or purchase a ticket.
Admission for children is not recommended. However, if you want your child to accompany you during the fair, buy a ticket for the day. Admission to the fair for children under 7 is free.
No, animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls.
The fair can be reached by car or by buses 703 and 711 from P+R Al. Krakowska 15 to Ptak Warsaw Expo.
For the convenience of our guests, the car park is free of charge.
Yes, there will be food outlets at the fairgrounds.
Yes. There are cloakrooms in the halls and you will be able to leave a small suitcase in them.
