The 13th Inner Mongolia Building Materials and Interior Decoration Expo 2027
Edition13 Showcasing building materials, hardware, and construction technology supply, connecting suppliers with North China and national project procurement and distributor channels.
The 13th Inner Mongolia Building Materials and Interior Decoration Expo is a specialized exhibition for building materials and interior decoration materials serving Inner Mongolia and surrounding markets, held in Hohhot with the theme "Smart Manufacturing the Future · Green Building the Northern Frontier", building a display and trade matchmaking platform around materials, engineering and home decoration.
Inner Mongolia is an important pillar of China's "dual carbon" strategy and western development, and the building materials industry is facing growth opportunities. Drawing on Inner Mongolia's location advantages in connecting with Russia and Mongolia and neighbouring regions and linking the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, the exhibition provides companies with a platform reaching a broad international market; as a channel for opening northward, Inner Mongolia is gradually becoming an important hub for building materials trade with neighbouring countries through its border trade system, cross-border logistics hubs and customs facilitation policies.
The exhibition closely follows the autonomous region's "thousand villages demonstration, ten thousand villages improvement" project and rural construction action, focusing on modern livable rural housing construction and green building materials going to the countryside to tap the northern frontier village and township building market. The autonomous region is advancing the "new energy multiplication plan" and the "three-year action plan for green buildings", planning to raise the share of green buildings in new construction to 70% and the share of prefabricated buildings to over 40%, and accelerating energy-saving renovation and seismic reinforcement of rural housing, promoting new wall materials and clean energy heating systems suited to severe cold climates. The autonomous region has established a 5-billion-yuan special fund to support building-integrated photovoltaics, passive ultra-low-energy buildings and prefabricated building projects; Inner Mongolia is also advancing energy infrastructure construction projects with total investment exceeding 300 billion yuan, and the revitalization plans of neighbouring countries also list green building as a development priority.
During the exhibition, a dedicated "Modern Livable Rural Housing Construction and Green Building Materials Going to the Countryside" display area and an "International Green Building Trade Cooperation" negotiation area are set up, along with a forum on "Green Building Development under the Dual Carbon Goal", a "Belt and Road" green building materials trade negotiation meeting, an interpretation meeting on market access policies of neighbouring countries and an Inner Mongolia rural construction craftsman material selection matchmaking meeting, helping companies connect with international procurement needs and seize market opportunities in village and township construction and urban renewal.
