The Huajiao (Shenyang) Catering Expo is a catering industry exhibition event combining a summit forum, exhibition and competitions, whose exhibition section is the Northeast New Catering Expo, serving the catering industry ecosystem in Northeast China and nationwide. This is the 15th edition.
The expo organizes displays around barbecue ingredients, prepared dishes, catering services, hot pot ingredients, seasonings, desserts and drinks, meat, poultry and aquatic products, catering equipment, packaging consumables, hotel supplies and baking, providing catering brands, supply chain companies, investors and industry service institutions with a platform for sourcing and procurement, cooperation negotiation and market expansion.
Concurrent activities include the Northeast Chain Catering Founders Summit, the China Barbecue and Grill Conference and the Northeast Asia Catering Industry Awards Ceremony. The Northeast Chain Catering Founders Summit has been held continuously and maintains a scale of a thousand people; the China Barbecue and Grill Conference invites founders of barbecue brands from multiple provinces and cities and industry association experts, and includes a supply chain exhibition, industry forum, barbecue dinner, study tour and awards ceremony; the Northeast Asia Catering Industry Awards Ceremony has been held three times.
Through the catering expo livestream room, the expo also holds chain franchise matchmaking meetings, supply chain matchmaking meetings, a prepared dishes industry summit dialogue, catering marketing master classes and project investment and financing matchmaking, and organizes city forums to promote regional catering industry development. The expo has been held fourteen times since 2015.
