United Property Expo Tashkent is an international real estate exhibition held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, building a matchmaking platform among developers, real estate agencies and banks and visitors with overseas home-buying needs, around overseas real estate investment, property consultancy and secure transactions.

The exhibition presents overseas projects such as villas, apartments, townhouses and commercial property. Exhibitors include developers, real estate agencies, investment funds, and design and architecture firms. On site visitors can discuss home purchase and rental, mortgages, taxation, investment and legal support with professionals and obtain personalised quotes and exhibitor offers.

Visitors are mainly people with overseas home-buying, investment and asset allocation needs, who can talk directly with developers and banks and learn about residence permits, citizenship by investment, taxation and transaction services. Social and business networking activities run during the exhibition, providing matchmaking opportunities for exhibitors and buyers.

This edition brings together about 80 exhibiting companies and welcomes about 1,500 visitors, with exhibitors from about 20 countries.
