Australia's annual oil and gas conference and exhibition connecting energy producers, suppliers, investors and decision makers around industry strategy, innovation and collaboration.
The Australian Energy Producers Conference & Exhibition is the annual conference and exhibition of Australia's energy production industry, bringing together energy explorers, producers, innovators, researchers, suppliers and decision-makers from Australia and overseas to exchange the latest research, technology and innovation around the energy transition.
Industry-led and industry-serving, the exhibition part is aimed at energy sector managers, exploration and production companies, technology and service suppliers, researchers and educational institutions, providing a targeted physical and online business matchmaking environment and is not open to the public.
The conference programme addresses energy security, industry development, technology innovation and industry collaboration, and through plenary sessions, technical and commercial presentations, panel discussions and the exhibition brings together decision-makers from across the industry chain, government representatives, project and operations leads, researchers and technology developers, with more than 2,000 participants.
Previous editions attracted more than 140 technical and commercial speakers; 95% of delegates felt they had made new business contacts, 90% rated the quality of exhibiting companies as good or excellent, and 49 registered media took part in coverage.

The exhibition will be open during the conference at the following times: Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Registered delegates, including day delegates, speakers and exhibitors, can visit the exhibition. Exhibition-only registration is not available, and the exhibition is not open to the public.
Please note: members of the Australian Energy Producers association and those exhibiting at the 2026 Conference & Exhibition will receive priority consideration when applications are processed.
All confirmed exhibitors will receive an email containing access to their dedicated exhibitor portal, which includes instructions and a link to register staff online.
All confirmed exhibitors will receive the exhibitor kit in December. The kit contains important information such as checklists, requirements, venue information, forms and cleaning guidelines. For any questions, please contact exhibition@energyproducers.au.
