Paid admission tickets can be refunded until August 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM CT. After the refund deadline, all sales are final. Specially ticketed experiences are excluded from this admission-ticket refund rule.
Children ages 6-12 can use a Child Pass and receive the same show access as the Adult Pass. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children age 5 and under can attend for free and do not require a wristband.
Admission should be purchased only through the official FAN EXPO website or the Box Office at the show to guarantee authenticity.
The event is held at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, 650 S Griffin St, Dallas, TX 75202.
