The Arizona Wedding Show will take place on January 9 - 10, 2027. Exhibits will be Open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If you purchase a one-day registration, it is good for either Saturday OR Sunday. If you buy the two-day registration, this includes registration for both days. Once scanned, it may not be used again. There are no in and out privileges.
All bags, packages, and personal items entering the event are subject to inspection. Attendees are encouraged to bring only small personal bags or clutch-sized purses. Professional photography equipment, professional videography equipment, large camera lenses, tripods, monopods, lighting equipment, stabilizers, and outside promotional materials or solicitation items by non-exhibitors are not permitted.
Early Online Registration One Day $12 per person (+ tax & fees). Early Online Registration Two Days $15 per person (+ tax & fees). On-Site Online Registration One Day $15 per person (+ tax & fees). On-Site Online Registration Two Days $18 per person (+ tax & fees). Children 10 and under are free with a Paid Adult Registration.
Children 10 and under are free with a Paid Adult Registration, yet do need to be registered.
The Arizona Wedding Show attracts brides, grooms, partners, their family, and their wedding party, ready to buy and eager to learn about the latest products, services, and trends. You are allowed to take photos and videos with your phone, but no professional cameras or video equipment is allowed without prior written authorization from Show Management. No pets are allowed, but service animals are welcome with proper credentials. Wheelchairs are not available for on-site rental.
