The HFA Show is a conference and trade exhibition for the health and fitness industry, organised by the Health & Fitness Association and held in Las Vegas, bringing together industry leaders from around the world to turn goals into action and move the industry forward by sharing ideas, building partnerships and discovering new directions.
The show features an exhibition area and an education forum. The exhibition area gives participants access to the latest equipment, technology, products, services and solutions, with exhibitors ranging from emerging innovators to major industry brands, alongside pickleball experiences, demonstration stages and new product launches.
The education forum is built around eight learning tracks covering team building, customer acquisition and retention, industry research and policy advocacy, technology and operations, programme design, and leadership and career development, with keynote sessions and industry awards. The show also hosts the HFA Hall of Fame induction ceremony and, for members, a HYROX-partnered fitness racing experience.
The previous edition attracted around 10,300 registered attendees, 380 exhibitors and 52 sponsors, with about 150 speakers; around 77% of attendees make final purchasing decisions or hold influence, about 74% attend to find new products and innovation, and more than 60 companies launch new products on site, making the show suited to businesses in fitness studios, programming and training, and technology and operations.
