If you are an existing exhibitor looking to register, you will register through your Exhibitor Resource Center once registration is available. Buyers can register for Global Pet Expo here. Pre-qualified Buyers can use the Look-up Utility to search for their pre-qualified registration. New Buyers, and Buyers who cannot be found in the Look-up Utility should submit a New Buyer Qualification Form. Proof of business may be required. To receive a Letter of Invitation, first the attendee must be registered for a badge. You can find a link to registration by accessing the Exhibitor Resource Center. After accessing the registration landing page, click “Register” to add staff members. Once you have registered your attendees, you can access the list of attendees by hitting the “Roster” button. If you registered an attendee with an address from a country that requires a Letter of Invitation, the Globe icon will appear. Click on the Globe to create a letter of invitation.
You can print your badge at any Scan & Go kiosks all you need is the QR code found in your registration confirmation. If you do not have a QR code go to the Self Lookup location with your Photo ID.
Log in to the Registration Resource Center using your badge credentials. From there, you can view your registration details, make updates, and access your receipt or confirmation.
The Orange County Convention Center does have parking available at a rate. Please click here to view instructions on parking and rates.
Shuttle buses will be available to the Orange County Convention Center from our partner hotels except for the Hyatt, Rosen Center, and Rosen Plaza as they are within walking distance. You can view the 2026 shuttle schedule here.
Anyone looking to bring their service animal with them to the show will need to have their pet registered. Please go to the Global Pet Expo Show Office (S210C) and fill out the permission for pets form to obtain special ribbons.
We are partnered with KiddieCorp for onsite childcare during Global Pet Expo. KiddieCorp is in its thirty-sixth year of providing high-quality children's programs and youth services to conventions, trade shows and special events. Registration for childcare is now open. Simply click this link to get started. Additionally, the OCCC has a Wellness Room designated for nursing mothers located in the South Concourse - Level 2, South Hall A, at the top of the escalator to the exhibit hall, adjacent to room S210E.
The Orange County Convention Center has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and accessible restrooms for those who need them. Scooter and wheelchair rental services are provided by Scootaround. Through the on-site rental location, guests can rent mobility scooters, wheelchairs and oxygen equipment for events held at the convention center. Learn more here.
