TUTTOFOOD Milan 2028 will take place from 8 to 11 May 2028 at Fiera Milano in Milan, Italy. It is a B2B trade fair serving the entire agri-food ecosystem, connecting producers, distributors, importers, retail buyers, foodservice operators, and international sourcing professionals across the food and beverage supply chain.

Positioned as a Southern European food business platform, the event combines strong Italian market relevance with international food and beverage brands, trade promotion organizations, overseas buyers, hosted buyer programs, special areas, and off-show initiatives in the city.

The 2026 edition recorded 123,000 attendees over four days, including 27,000 international visitors, and covered 10 pavilions with 82,000 square meters of fully booked exhibition space. It hosted about 5,000 brands and 4,000 top international buyers, confirming the show's role as a global hub for food and beverage business development.
