Two conference theatres run on site: the Airside Ops Theatre and the AI in Motion Theatre. The former addresses practical airside issues such as efficiency, safety, resilience and sustainability, while the latter focuses on how artificial intelligence, automation, intelligent systems and emerging technologies are moving airports towards a connected, adaptive and future-ready direction.
The event gives airports, airlines, ground handlers, planning consultancies, system integrators and industry decision-makers a setting to exhibit, match projects and exchange, and visitor passes give access to all conference theatres.

The exhibition runs from 23 to 25 March 2027 at Halls B & C, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Opening hours are 10:00 to 17:00 on 23 and 24 March 2027, and 10:00 to 15:00 on 25 March 2027.
Admission is restricted to industry professionals aged 18 and above; visitors must register in advance and carry a valid admission pass.
Visitor passes are free of charge and visitors can complete registration online.
Companies can submit the exhibitor interest form in the Be a Part section; the organiser team then contacts them to help book a stand.
