Manufacturing Technology Series EAST is a professional advanced manufacturing and metalworking exhibition in the northeastern United States, held in West Springfield, Massachusetts, a region known as a hub of traditional manufacturing.
The show is characterised by the meeting of advanced manufacturing technology and a long manufacturing tradition, presenting both foundational manufacturing and smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies. Exhibits range from advanced manufacturing equipment to intelligent technologies such as robotics and automation, covering automation, robotics, smart manufacturing, precision machining, software solutions and the industrial Internet of Things, with more than 500 exhibits on the show floor.
Visitors come from industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, defence, industrial equipment and commercial machinery; exhibitors can meet them face to face, with 76% of visitors involved in purchasing decisions and 32% holding manufacturing equipment budgets of more than USD 200,000. The show has provided manufacturing solutions to production challenges for more than 35 years.
