Warsaw Sweet Tech 2026 will take place from 15 to 17 September 2026 at Hall C of Ptak Warsaw Expo near Warsaw, Poland. It is a specialist trade fair for confectionery, cafe, ice cream, and bakery industry solutions, bringing together machinery, equipment, ingredients, semi-finished materials, packaging, and store-operation support for sweet gastronomy businesses.

The 2025 edition welcomed 6,516 visitors, 121 exhibitors, and 16,000 square metres of exhibition space, with participation spanning 15 countries.
