ProKitchen Expo is a trade fair for professional gastronomy, covering commercial heating and refrigeration equipment, ventilation systems, stainless steel kitchen furniture, hygiene systems, and kitchen automation and digital solutions.

Held at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the event serves restaurant brands, hotel and HoReCa facility investors, equipment distributors, kitchen design and build contractors, system integrators, and foodservice operations teams through sourcing and conference activities.

The official website lists 15-17 September 2026 as the second edition, while the homepage presents first-edition 2025 figures of 68 exhibitors, 3,375 visitors, 15,000 square meters of exhibition space and 18 participating countries.
