Anuga 2027 will take place from 9 to 13 October 2027 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. It is positioned as "the global marketplace for food and beverages in Cologne" and as a business platform built around openness, transparency, trust and partnerships for the international food and beverage industry.

Anuga is organised as 10 trade shows under one roof, covering Fine Food, Drinks, Chilled & Fresh Food, Meat, Frozen Food, Dairy, Bread & Bakery, Hot Beverages, Organic, and Alternatives. This structure gives buyers and exhibitors both broad market reach and clear category segmentation within one event.

The last edition (Anuga 2025) recorded 8,015 exhibitors, 290,000 m² of gross exhibition space, and 145,000 visitors. Exhibitors came from 110 countries and visitors from over 190 nations, underscoring Anuga's scale and international relevance for sourcing, networking, and trend discovery across the food and beverage business.
