For Izmir, the setup is a table setup with table-cloths. There will be two chairs for the participants and two chairs for the visitors. The table dimensions are 150x45 cm.
At the fairs in Türkiye, the roll-up banners provided by a2 are produced by their team. The use of your own banners is not permitted. For other fairs, you are required to bring your own banners.
The exhibition will be held in the convention center or in the ballroom of a five-star hotel. The setup will be by alphabetical order (country division).
Please check last year's visitor numbers to estimate how many brochures you will need.
No. However, a special rate is available for fair participants. To make reservations, fill out the hotel booking forms and send them to the hotels via Internet or fax; reservations should be made at least two months before the fair.
Yes, they should, and please follow up on your confirmations.
Only breakfast is included.
It depends on the optional services selected. Each domestic flight within Turkiye costs 150 EUR. Free transportation is provided by a2 Fairs for those who fly with a2 Group, and only the flight reservations shown in the itinerary will be booked. Any increase in flight prices will be surcharged.
After tickets have been issued, it is your responsibility to change your flight time if necessary.
Flight reservations outside the itinerary will not be booked by a2 Fairs.
