OPIE’27 is held from 21 to 23 April 2027 at Pacifico Yokohama, Exhibition Halls A, B and C, in Yokohama, Japan.
Admission to OPIE’27 is by visitor pre-registration: complete the visitor pre-registration in advance and present the credential issued at the venue reception.
The show serves industry, academia and research professionals in optics and photonics, and is positioned as a venue for business matchmaking and technical partnerships.
General exhibitor rates are JPY 510,000 for a package booth, JPY 420,000 for a space booth and JPY 280,000 for a tabletop booth, tax excluded; JPY 561,000, JPY 462,000 and JPY 308,000 including tax. Member rates apply to corporate members of the organising and supporting bodies.
The exhibition application deadline is 15 December 2026, and applications submitted by 30 September 2026 receive a 5% discount on the exhibition fee.
