From 20 to 22 April the exhibition is open only to industry experts and people working in related fields. Students may visit only on 22 April as part of a group accompanied by a supervisor; persons under 17 years old may visit only on 22 April and must be accompanied by their parents.

Registration is mandatory for all visitors. Visitors can register online in advance and receive a personal badge, or attend with an invitation card and receive a badge after registering at the exhibition site.

Participation options include renting an equipped stand, joining as a sponsor or partner, taking part in the business programme with a thematic seminar, or absentee participation with an advertising module in the official Exhibition Guide and distribution of advertising and printed materials from the registration desk. An equipped stand includes an enclosed area, wall panel assemblies, fascia lettering, carpeting, furniture and lighting; unequipped space is a marked floor area without walls, electricity, carpeting or furniture, so an electricity connection must be ordered from the organisers.

Photo, film and video shooting for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited in the area of the exhibition, including during the installation/dismantling of the exposition and the exhibition period.
