CLEO 2027 is held at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California, USA.
A standard 10 x 10 booth is USD 3,600, a corner 10 x 10 booth is USD 3,900, a corner 10 x 20 booth is USD 7,800 and an island 20 x 20 booth is USD 15,600; custom sizes are USD 39 per square foot, and the turnkey kiosk package is USD 5,350.

MCI USA is CLEO's official hotel accommodations vendor; the official CLEO 2027 hotel block is expected to open in early 2027 and is booked through the official channel.
CLEO co-sponsors offer travel grants for eligible students and early-career researchers, including the APS-DLS Travel Grant and the Optica Incubic/Milton Chang Travel Grant.
Attendees must wear their badge to access CLEO events, badges cannot be transferred, and a USD 25 reprint charge applies to a missing badge.
