CIME 17th Shanghai International Thermal Management Materials Technology Expo 2026
Edition17 Dedicated to thermal management materials, heat dissipation solutions, and electronics-energy applications, attracting East China and export electronics manufacturers, new-energy companies, and material buyers.
CIME Thermal Management Materials Technology Expo (formerly the Shanghai International Thermal Conductive and Heat Dissipation Materials and Liquid Cooling Technology Exhibition) is a specialized exhibition in the thermal management, thermal conduction and heat dissipation industry, held in Shanghai. This is the 17th edition. The exhibition originated in Shenzhen in 2013 and, after more than ten years of development, has formed a two-city touring format with a Shenzhen show and a Shanghai show.
As fields such as consumer electronics, 5G, artificial intelligence, XR, data centers, the Internet of Things, power batteries, energy storage and Industry 4.0 continue to upgrade, the miniaturization of electronic devices and rising power density bring heat dissipation, safety and lifetime issues, and market demand for thermal management, thermal conduction and heat dissipation continues to expand. The exhibition organizes matchmaking among materials, components, equipment and application sides around this industry background.
The exhibit scope covers thermal conductive fillers and inorganic non-metallic powders, thermal interface materials, electronic packaging materials, ceramic substrates, heat sink materials, thermal conductive polymers, carbon materials, phase-change heat storage and insulation materials, heat pipes and vapor chambers, and power devices and modules; cooling fan accessories and heat dissipation equipment; liquid cooling components such as coolants, liquid cooling plates and quick connectors, liquid cooling pipes, manifolds, expansion valves, pumps, compressors and heat exchangers; and temperature control equipment, data center applications, energy storage thermal management, analytical instruments and processing equipment.
Target visitors cover managers and procurement decision-makers in consumer electronics, power supplies, the automotive industry, home appliances, computers and components, displays, semiconductors, optoelectronics, communication networks, medical instruments, wind power and photovoltaics, integrated circuits, and power electronic devices. The exhibition connects a display scale of 40,000 square meters with more than 30,000 quality buyers from 23 countries and regions worldwide, and organizes forum dialogues among companies, research institutes and universities to promote supply-demand matchmaking.
