Children aged 15 and under enter free with a paying adult or senior but still need a child ticket; the limit is two children per paying adult.

The Show is open from 10am to 6pm.

Pets are not allowed, but assistance dogs are welcome; pets must not be left unattended in parked vehicles.

A limited number of pitches are available at the temporary onsite campsite.

Free visitor Wi-Fi is available across the NEC.

By car, follow signs from major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 and use postcode B40 1NT; Birmingham International railway station is within walking distance.

Standard parking is included in the show ticket; EV parking or charging costs extra, and overnight parking is not permitted.

NEC car parks open at 7am and close at 11pm.
