Euro Bus Expo 2026 takes place from 3 to 5 November 2026.
Opening times are Tuesday 3 November and Wednesday 4 November from 09:30 to 17:00, and Thursday 5 November from 09:30 to 15:30. Last admission is 30 minutes before show close.
The show is held in Halls 17-19 at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, UK.
Euro Bus Expo is a trade-only event and admission is restricted to trade visitors; visitors may be asked to show proof of trade status or professional role on arrival.
Exhibitors can choose Shell Scheme, Mini/Midi Site, Space Only, MiniPlus Site and Vehicle Site options.
Euro Bus Expo Connect opens in September 2026 and is available for registered operators, local authorities, community transport organisations, accredited press and confirmed exhibitors.
